The internet is full of so-called experts offering lessons and tutorials on every subject in the ‘verse so its a wonderful moment when you find your genuine one-stop-shop internet tutor for a given topic.
This is my guru guide to the cream of the crop to save you time separating the wheat from the chaff. You will see the new-found irony of that statement if you decide to learn about healthy eating!
To qualify for this list these gurus have extensive, free, well-presented tutorials, they don’t waste your time self-aggrandizing or with their backstory and they are easy to listen to and follow. I have also personally tested and confirmed their advice.
